Attorney
Jill K. Whitbeck comes from a blue-collar background, being
the first in her family to achieve a Bachelor's degree, followed
by her Juris Doctorate. She worked her way through both college
and law school, primarily doing clerical work often in the
legal field. At all levels of her education, she participated
in extracurricular activities and excelled in public speaking
and debate competitions.

(an insurance defense firm in Reno), Edward M. Bernstein &
Associates (a large plaintiffs personal injury firm formerly

in Reno). She now owns and manages her own firm, the Law Offices
of Jill K. Whitbeck, with its main office located in Reno and a
satellite office in Las Vegas. Her firm represents clients in
the areas of personal injury (such as motor vehicle accidents,
dog bites, and slip/trip and falls), nursing home negligence,
medical malpractice, product liability (any product that causes
harm, including medications), mass torts (one product or
incident that injures a large number of people), toxic torts
(exposures to toxic substances), family law matters (divorces, annulments, child custody, adoptions and guardianships), and debtor/creditor
collection matters.
Mrs. Whitbeck

Christopher Whitbeck, works as a sports official and official's
assignor at various levels in football, volleyball, baseball and

perspective, rather than looking down on them as she has seen
other lawyers do. She consistently provides professional, caring
service to her clients at the highest level of integrity.
